Blow Moulding
In accordance to the work way of Oldrati, based on continuos research and development of innovative solutions and most forefront technologies, and in the perspective of optimisation of all production processes and improvement of quality, the company has recently installed, in the blow-moulding division, more than 10 Blow Machines.
The blow moulding process is used for the production of hollow object in large quantity and the realisation of shaped manufactured good in plastic and thermoplastic materials.
We have possibility to blow technical items using machines from 10 to 50 lts in all typical materials such as PET, PVC, Hytrel, PE-HD, PP-GF, PA 6, PP+EPDM and others.
The use of this technology allows the production of articles with materials of last generation, compatible with the new norm of recycling and environmental respect.
The Blow-Moulding 3D is a technology used for manufactured articles production also in sequence with a co-extrusion system of the material hard-soft-hard (PP-TPE-PP) or soft-hard-soft and multi-layer fro particular fluids conduction tha can be used in the automotive field and household appliances, medical application, plastic in potable water application, toy application and others.
