Production Cycles
1 - CO-design - co-engineering |
The project is processed in perfect collaboration with the customer in order to satisfy specific requirements and obtain the best solution, providing the skills and experience of a team of qualified engineers and project designers. |
| 2 - receipt of order, project design, FMEA |
The FMEA methodology is used within the procedure of receipt of new orders and agreement of the needs expressed by the customer, in order to analyse the failure or fault modes of a process product or system, through breakdown into elementary sub-systems and advanced technical analysis. |
| 3 - production of the tool or matrix and dedicated automations |
Due to the low viscosity of the material, the moulding technology of LSR items requires tools made by special processes and high precision production, the premises necessary for obtaining flash-free moulded parts with automatic processes. This is also achieved thanks to consolidated programs such as mould flow and technicians with many years of experience. |
| 4 - compounding |
Extensive experience in the production of silicone compounds allows the company to formulate, according to the features of the part and its application, a specific compound for every requirement, for sections in compact or expanded silicone, for technical items moulded with very strict dimensions and tolerances. |
| 5 - moulding or extrusion |
Starting from the phases where the die and matrix and any other necessary equipment are designed, samples with tools and compounds are prepared, in order to realise than serie-tools already optimised for production and to have samples to be tested in laboratory and from customer with the most appropriated simulations. |
| 6 - post curing |
The dedicated post curing treatment is carried out with various equipment and technologies depending on the specific features of the product and the compound used. Time and temperature of post curing are studied for each item in accordance to its mechanical-physical properties and its volume. |
| 7 - various processes (cutting, assembly) |
Specific finishes with strict tolerances and assemblies are carried out on the basis of customers’ requirements. |
| 8 - final quality control |
Final quality control is crucial for the success of a product that corresponds to usage expectations. Every phase of the process undergoes a check through technologically advanced automation systems capable of guaranteeing the reliability and seal of the part, giving guarantees with technological supports. |
| 9 - packing |
Attention and care in packages specially designed to prevent distortion, together with the use of intelligent recyclable packaging materials, emphasis the company’s commitment to operating with a view to minimising environmental impact. |
| 10 - logistics |
A structured platform manages just-in-time deliveries to satisfy the various requirements of customers .This thanks to the support of IT instruments that provide details of the progress in each step of process, till final shipment. |
